There are many things we do on a regular basis that are ingrained into the caring culture of Brookridge Heights. Some of these things are fun, like shopping for a resident’s birthday gift. And honestly, some are no fun at all, like incontinence services. They are, however, all necessary elements in providing superior senior care. We have a professional staff, including an LPN, med techs and care aides who provide care according to Three Care Levels. Listed below are some of the care-oriented, life-style oriented, and daily services that our residents (and their families) are happy to utilize and are thrilled that we offer.

Care-Oriented Services

• We provide 24 hour care, assistance and supervision that allows our residents to feel at ease and more confident. 
• We monitor and provide care based on a system of Three Care Levels.
• We offer assistance with bathing (for those who need the help).
• We provide transportation to and from local doctors appointments and we take the time to speak one-on-one with our residents physicians if required.
• We provide respectful and compassionate incontinent care.
• We provide a 10 point medication management program that not only ensures you will receive the correct doses of your medication at the correct time, but also monitors your reaction to medications and relays any changes in health conditions directly to your doctors.  (Do not hesitate to contact us for more information regarding our Medication Mgt Program).
• As situations arise, our staff does so many special things out of kindness, compassion and love…from heartfelt compliments to buying toiletries, to searching for lost clothing, to taking the time to just listen when someone needs to talk.

Lifestyle-Oriented Services

• A little primping, teasing, and spraying. We offer Hair Salon services once a week, so our residents can look their best. There is a charge per service.
• Who’s turn is it to do the dishes? It’s always our turn! That goes for the vacuuming and all the other housekeeping chores. We do the laundry too! (Both linens and personal).
• Our Brookridge van provides the safe transportation to all the fun shopping, social outings, scenic drives, and other excursions.
• Let’s party! We help and encourage our residents to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other important occasions.
• We have a living room with a big screen TV for cable TV, movies, and sporting events.
